A Mother Knows Best

Mother: Your toilet paper is hanging in the wrong direction. The toilet paper needs to feed OVER the top of the roll—facing away from the wall.

Daughter: You’re kidding, right? Are you suggesting that there is a correct way to hang toilet paper? NO WAY.

Mother: OH, way. Hanging the toilet paper over the top of the roll is preferred for better hygiene, as it reduces contact with the wall. Plus, it’s easier to access from the top.

Daughter: It’s always something with you.
